4 cups flour
1/2 package of yeast
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups lukewarm water
Sauce
3 Tbsp. of olive oil
Salt, pepper, and garlic
Mozzarella
Make a well put salt, flour, yeast.
Pour water. Mix well.
See to it that the dough is not sticky. (Add flour sparingly)
Knead over floured board for 10 minutes.
Set aside in a warm place for 1 hour.
Knead again using more flour, then set aside in warm place again.
Repeat three times.
Stretch dough and place in oily pan.
Separately, make sauce.
In a sauce pan, put sauce.
Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Cook for 20 minutes on stove.
Pour over dough, add more oil and oregano/
Add mozzarella
Bake in 400° oven about 20 minutes. Don’t let too much air go in the oven. In other words, don’t open it too many times.
